The Continuing To Drive Your Way To Good Health Contest ( the Contest) is sponsored by Espyr® in conjunction with Bob Perry, the Trucker Trainer™. Espyr and Bob Perry are hereto referred to as “The Promoters” in this document.
The Continuing To Drive Your Way To Good Health Contest is open to licensed CDL drivers ages 18 and over. Contest entrants must be residents of the United States or its territories. Employees or dependents of employees of Espyr are not eligible to participate. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Contestants can enter the Contest by registering at fittopass.com/drivehealthy. Competition starts March 22, 2021 and ends May 8, 2021 at 5:00PM EST.
The first 200 registrants will receive a Fit to Pass® gaiter. Allow 4-6 weeks from the beginning of the Contest for delivery.
All contestants are encouraged to download a copy of The Trucker Trainer’s six-week training manual on strength training and preparation for the competition. The manual can be found at fittopass.com/driving-contest-training-manual.
The Contest is a strength competition. Prizes will be awarded to the drivers with the highest number of mountain climbers performed in one continuous, uninterrupted set as determined by the judges. This is a virtual competition; the honor system is in play. Contestants will submit a video clip to thetrucker.com/drivehealthy as verification of the number of mountain climbers performed. The judges are allowed to disqualify anyone that appears to have altered their video submission.
Contestants can submit as many videos as they’d like over the six-week contest period, however the final video submitted in week six (week beginning May 2, 2021 and ending May 8, 2021) will be the official entry into the Contest. The winners are determined by the total number of mountain climbers performed in the last video submitted in week six. (Winners are not determined by the accumulative number of mountain climbers over the six-week period.) Judges will only count mountain climbers performed in one continuous, uninterrupted set.
There are two separate divisions: one for male drivers and one for female drivers. Prizes will be distributed to the top 3 finishers in each of the male and female divisions. The prizes are as follows:
Grand prize – A set of 8 Michelin® Drive Axle Tires, plus a set of 4 Alcoa® Lightweight Champion Wheels (© 2020 Howmet Aerospace Inc. I hereby warrant that I have read this Liability Release and Waiver Form in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this Participant Release and Waiver Form releases Releasees from liability and contains an acknowledgement of my voluntary participation and knowing assumption of the risk of injury or illness.
